UK delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- Standard delivery for orders under £150: £6. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is normally 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Free standard delivery for orders of £150 or more: The delivery estimate shown at checkout is normally 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weekends, bank holidays, courier disruption or circumstances outside our control. We will send an email when your order has been dispatched.
Clinic collection
Collection from Riverbanks Clinic is free. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the clinic.

Delivery details

Missing or damaged deliveries
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us at reception@riverbanksclinic.co.uk with your order number so that we can investigate.
